The accounting firm Richard J. Lynn has signed a 2,771 s/f lease in the recently upgraded 2 Westchester Park Drive. Michael McCall of CBRE represented Richard J. Lynn.

Falcon + Singer P.C, a legal services company, signed a 1,517 s/f deal, also in 2 Westchester Park Drive. Budd Wiesenberg of CBRE negotiated the lease for Flacon + Singer P.C.

The Brotmann Law Group has renewed its office lease at 2 Westchester Park Drive and is presently moving into a newly renovated 2,108 s/f space

Bright Horizons Family Solutions, a leading provider of early education and back-up care, renewed a 2,533 s/f lease at 4 Westchester Park Drive.
