CRBE finds space for Modanna's designer

CBRE Group, Inc. today (Wednesday) announced that it has represented Drake Design Associates in its 4,000 s/f lease of the entire 12th floor of 67 Irving Place.
Drake Design Associates is the namesake design firm of renowned interior designer Jamie Drake, who has completed countless interiors for the likes of Madonna and New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, including the renovation of Gracie Mansion and various rooms at City Hall.

CBRE's Stuart J. Siegel, Matthew R. Bergey and Daniel A. Bodner negotiated on behalf of Drake Design Associates. Drake Design Associates will move from 315 East 52nd Street once renovations are complete. The asking rent was $52 per square foot.

"Mr. Drake was attracted to both the neighborhood and the unique style of 67 Irving Place," said Bodner. "The 12th floor is the top floor of the building and features high ceilings, windows on four sides and multiple skylights."
