Three tenants at Gannett Office Park in Harrison have signed long-term lease renewals totaling 46,500 square feet, officials at Heritage Realty Services, LLC announced. The three-building office park off Westchester Avenue is owned by Dryland Gannett, LLC, an affiliate of Heritage, a private New York City-based commercial real estate company.

Homesite Insurance Group renewed its 8,000-square-foot space and took an additional 4,500 square feet at 4 Gannett Drive. The 12,500-square-foot space will house the company’s New York sales office.

At 2 Gannett Drive, Dorian Drake International, Inc., a global export management company, expanded its office space and now occupies half of the 23,000-square-foot fourth floor. The building has served as the company’s world headquarters for more than 15 years.

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., the world’s fourth-largest risk management insurance broker, renewed its 23,000-square-foot lease and consolidated its Westchester County offices at 2 Gannett Drive for an additional six years. The space will continue to be one of the company’s primary New York offices. The asking price for all three leases was $28 per square.
