George T. Constantin brings more than 40 years of commercial real estate experience to his role as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Realty Services, LLC. Since founding the boutique firm in 2005, Mr. Constantin has grown Heritage to include over $400 million in assets, with properties throughout New York City, Westchester, Connecticut, and Washington, D.C. Prior to founding Heritage, Mr. Constantin was the Managing Director of the Institutional Realty Advisory Group at Helmsley-Spear Inc., where during his 20-year tenure he provided real estate advisory and investment services to domestic and foreign investors, multinational corporations, and financial institutions. Mr. Constantin is fluent in Greek, German, and Spanish and conversational in French. He attended Syracuse University and the New York University Real Estate Institute.

Alexander L. Constantin is Vice President at Heritage Realty Services, LLC, where he is involved in all facets of the firm’s real estate operations, including financial asset management and investment underwriting. Mr. Constantin graduated from Babson College with a B.S. in Real Estate Finance, where he founded the Babson Real Estate Association. Prior to joining Heritage, he worked as a summer analyst at Eastdil Secured in New York City and interned with one of the largest international maritime shipping companies in Athens, Greece. Mr. Constantin also serves as Co-Head of the Young Innovators at the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce.
