Heritage Realty Services LLC., a boutique commercial real estate ownership and development firm, has named Mary Anderson-Gallagher and George Fabian as new managing directors.

Mary Gallagher's primary responsibilities will be leasing at 67 Irving place and landlord representation. She was previously with ABS Partners Real Estate LLC. where she specialized in tenant representation for office leasing.

Prior to ABS Partners, Gallagher was the program director at the 23rd street Associate which has since merged with the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce.
She was the director of Development & Technology for Immaculate Conception School for 13 years before entering real estate. Gallagher served on the board for Selis Manor on West 23rd Street, NY, housing built for the blind.

George Fabians primary responsibility at Heritage will be leasing at 12 East 52nd Street.
Previously, he was the director of leasing of 250 West 57th street for Cushman and Wakefield from 2002 until 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Fabian was with Helmsley Spear as the managing director for 250 West 57th street.

Over his career, he leased over two million square feet of space at 57th street.
